One thing I don’t like was, the VJs left us waited for about an hour for each changeover.

Firstly Wonder Girls. After an hour of waiting, finally Tokio Hotel appeared on the stage. Then another hour of waiting again, Kate Perry rocks the stage.

The prom night was more to performance night.
Maybe because it was part of charity night too.

We were sitting all the time in hall. The only time we’re standing and able to mingle around was during the break where we have some food to fill our grumpy tummy. Anyhow, I miss the little egg tart

In my humble opinion, the night was failed as prom night, successful as charity and performance night.

Yet, I’m happy

Time strikes 12 and I receive tons of wishes through MSN, SMS, Facebook and Twitter.

Movie ended, we headed to mamak for some delight of roti telur.

It was Monday. I have a lecture class and I attended.
Pais, Jesse, Catty and I went for lunch at BB Little Kitchen after class ended.

As for dinner, I went to Golden Sand with Annie and Penyu.
Basically, this year birthday was all about eat.
Another thing was, I never expect that I would have a cake this year.
Thanks to the girls. They had made my day with a bit.

Two days after, my long-no-contact-friend, Mike text me in Facebook ask me out for dinner together with his friends.
It happens that Mike randomly asked me a question, “Eh, Xiaopei when is your birthday ah?”
I answered and Olivia suddenly asked me if I wanted to celebrate belated birthday.
I said no need and thank them but they insisted and brought me to choose a cake.

Bon Odori is a tradition that celebrated by Japanese Buddhist as a tribute to the spirits of departed people (ancestor).

In simpler words mean, Japanese ghost festival.

It is celebrated yearly in Penang and Shah Alam. This year is the 34th year and it’s my very first time to attend this event located at Panasonic Sports Complex (formerly known as Matshushita Centre), Shah Alam.

It was quite boring or maybe cause we’re in smaller group. The place was overcrowded with people especially the food area. Maybe I will visit again or maybe no… But if I do, I will go with a bunch.

The event was held at East Gate of UTAR on 28th July.

01. I went there at around 1pm with two friends of mine. And the place was already crowded with girls.
This is the truck where the girls get their makeup, hairdo and photo shoot done.

02. Girls were queuing for registration and asking for information. By 3pm plus, I heard one of the crews saying that the number of participants had reached 120 persons. The feedbacks are gooooood!

03. Next to the truck, there was this booth for us to collect freebies and inside they do too sell Clinique products.

06. The freebies are lip gloss, turnaround concentrate and RM50 worth of voucher at Salon Esprit (for chemical only). And another extra 3-step skin care sample

07. Our registration numbers were 74, 75 and 76. By that time the number called to truck stop at 49.
So, we gotta wait @.@

Basically, the ice cream factory (Wonderful Creamery) visit was a disappointment as we were not allowed to visit processing room. Reason they gave is they were renovating the place as in by cleaning the machines.

We just sat in the small office room and listen to person in-charge of how those ice-creams manufactured. The talk ended after 15 minutes.
